Malaysia: Helmet Campaign in the Highlands

Our colleague, Stephen Phang, continues to lead others to promote helmet use in Malaysia. Recently, children from five schools attended a programme jointly run by the Malaysian Volunteer Fire &Rescue Association and JohnsonDiversey, a private company. The programme was supported by the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education, Malaysia.

The children were instructed in bicycling safety and learned how a helmet works. Each child participated in a safe cycling course and was given a helmet.
